Service was very good. Staff helpful. location was excellent for access to the old town and railway and bus station.Breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant is fantastic.

The hotel is just conviniently located opposite to the train station. We were greeted by very friendly reception staff. We were given large rooms with views over Salzburg. It is very quiet once the window is closed. Air conditioning was working quite well in a 35 degree heat wave when we were there. It is 15 to 20 min walk to the old town of Salzburg. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast room is located on the 15th floor of the building with magnificant views. The quality of breakfast is fine. We enjoyed our stay at Europa.

Great hotel with an exellent view of the city, the castle and mountains beyond. The hotel is next to the railway station and trolley bus depot.Thanks to its modern construction, insulation double glazed windows etc. it is very quiet. The buffet breakfast iexcellent. Overall the hotel is similar to upper scale motels such as the Hampton Inns in the USA. I would return to yhis hotel. It is almost a 5 star hotel at the cost of a 4 star.

Very conveniently located diagonally opp train station. Breakfast served on 15 floor with panoramic view of Salzburg. Walk 15 mins to downtown sights. Room is well equipped. Only grouse is that only 1 shower gel dispenser that is supposed to be for both shampoo and body. Staff pleasant and helpful. Lots of big tour groups stay here so try to avoid breakfast bet 8-9am - it can be quite hectic. Breakfast buffet has wide selection
