| Quiet location and a bit of a walk to get into the main part of town, but not too far. Very handy to the bus service to the airport (bus No. 2) 3mins walk to the corner bus stop. Very nice and helpfull staff. Breakfast is well catered for. |

| Mercure Hotel was great! Beautiful clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to stay there. The location is great too as it is not far from the trainstation or the centre of Salzburg. |

| This was a good hotel to stay in for a trip to Salzburg. The rooms were clean, comfortable and of an average but adequate size. En-suite facilities with shower over the bath. The staff were exceptionally frindly and helpful from check-in to departure. The breakfast was excellent. A good choice whether you want a cooked or continental style breakfast. It is about 10-15 minutes walk into the old town which is probably the only drawback. when you are on foot you do feel as though you keep travelling the same bit of road. However it does help the waist line after indulging in the wonderful Austrian food and beer! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. |
