Good value, close (but not too close) to the attractions. Very good buffet breakfast, clean linen (but pillows need replacing - stained). Room large & comfortable, needs attention to decor. Would re-visit though.

Two twin rooms en suite - both good size, quiet, plently of storage & very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful service. Great location, city centre on edge of old town. Well situated for local bus from airport and train station. Good value for money & would revisit.

VERY GOOD PLACE IN THE HEART OF INSBRUCK. NICE AND CLEAN ROOM AND QUITE GOOD BREAKFAST. THE PROBLEM IS THE RENOVATION OUTSIDE THE HOTEL AND THE NOISE EARLY IN THE MORNING BECAUSE OF THE ENGINEARS.

The location is great, just few minutes walk to the center! Breakfast is also good, only the hotel need little manteinance. The staff is always kind and overall my feedback is positive.

The rooms and all facilities in the rooms are good. Its good for dinner at the hotel as various of food. The location is very convenience. Its in the city center.

The rooms were basic and clean, lovely staff, Awesome location, could not ask for more, right in the middle of it, Building work outside was a tad annoying but what can you do, would deff stay again,,,

Room was fine, but could do with a mini bar. Breakfast was nothing special. Pleasant, helpful staff. Great location, 5 mins walk from rail stn, in middle of city. Would book again at these prices.

This is a good hotel located at the heart of the old down town of Innsbruck and good breakfast buffet included is convenient. If you are driving, this hotel doesn´t have parking room and the public parking fare are so expansive, so be careful if you go by car.

Good value for money. Room was a bit small but excellent breakfast made up for it. Great location.

Our room, number 109, was on the first floor, between the elevator and the night entrance door. First we thought it was great that our windows did not face the busy street in front of the hotel, but were to a quiet tiny alley between buildings. That was until next morning, when we found out that trolleys and garbage bins were being dragged across the alley, making for a very, very loud and unpleasant wake up call. This noise happened every morning of the week. The room was really big, quite worn out but cosy in a seventies retro kind of way. The staff were nice and tried their best to be helpful even if they could not read the confusing bus time table at the reception or find the password to the hotel wifi (there is one, for free). Breakfast was pretty good, too. The worst thing about our room was the omnipresent smell of fried food emanating from the fast food kitchen downstairs. The smell was so strong we had to hold our breath for the five seconds it took for us to come out the room and get into the elevator. The wall-to-wall carpet in the room had cigarette burns (we asked for a non-smoking room), dust and the smell of frying grease stuck on it. After a week we came out with our whole wardrobe smelling like fried chicken. For variety, the bathroom had visible mold growth along the edges of the bathtub and a smell to match. Not for hygiene freaks, but recommended if you're on a budget.

Unbelievable location for the reasonable rates we booked at. There's a Wienerwald restaurant beside reception and its great for a quick meal to line the stomach for a day of exploring Innsbrucks beauty. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was plentiful & staff were hard working and extremely helpful. Free wireless lan provided in the reception area which was a bonus. Overall good accomadation and we would definately go back

THE HOTEL IS IN THE BEST LOCATION. THE ROOM WE HAD WAS SPACIOUS OVERLOOKING THE MAIN ROAD WITH A GOOD VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THE HOTEL HAS A GOOD RESTAURANT TOO.

Breinossl tourotel Innsbruck. Very nice and kind people. Nice location near the old centre and in the middle of a nice shopping area.

Everything about this hotel was great. The location could not be any better if they picked up the hotel and put it right in the centre of Old Town. Rooms were incredibly clean and very spacious. The buffet breakfast (part of the nightly rate) was great...plenty of choice and restocked regularly. The staff were also very friendly. When we arrived we had been assigned a slightly smaller room and when the Concierge found out that we were staying for four nights he put us in a larger room...very kind! Highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located with goodsized rooms.Can be noisy at night particularly at weekends if windows are open.Buffet breakfast not great but adequate

The rooms were well presented quiet rooms with adequate fixtures. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was great with ample selection of food. The hotel is in a central location which is also appealing.

Rooms are bigg and comfortable. The rooms are very quiet and the location is very very central for everthing you want to do in the city. The only problem there isn't an appropriate ventilation betwen the restaurant and the rooms. You have anytime an unangrable odour.

Excellent hotel! Great rooms and friendly service. Breakfast buffet fantastic, best we had whilst travelling through Europe. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Neat and clean with nice location. One young male receptionist was very helpful. I'll stay at this hotel again if I visit Innsbruck in the future.
