| Room was good with a great view. The service for breakfast was very slow. There was some confusion when we arrived as the minbar had beeb turned off to defrost and the concierge promised to relocate us to another room, we were kept waiting until it transpired that nothing was happening so I went down to sort it out, This resulted in my being given another room keu and we went up and changed rooms but did not receive our paper in the morning which would have gone to the first room. The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing |
