Hotel Madero, Buenos Aires

Perfeito em praticamente tudo. Staff de primeira linha. Localização privilegiada e instalações diferenciadas. Foi a melhor estadia que jå desfrutamos. Um único comentário a desfavor foi que, como nossos filhos ficaram no Brasil, solicitamos o valor da tarifa da ligação internacional no check-in e para nossa surpresa, quando fomos fechar a conta, o valor estava muitas vezes superior ao informado. Temos consciência de que pode ter havido algum mal-entendido de nossa parte e não acreditamos, de nenhuma forma, em má-fé do Hotel. Mas foi um grande susto ...

Good hotel, good service,

We returned to this hotel three times during our visit to South America and could not fault it. The location is very quite and safe. The rooms are huge and very tastful. The front desk staff are exceptional. Each time we returned to this hotel it felt like coming home. We were also upgraded to the executive suite on our second return and as we had been travelling all night it was a great surprise. We stayed in at least 15 hotels during our time in South America and this was definitely by far the best.

very large room with contemporary furnishings. The white sheets that covered a duvet were just what I like. The room had a balcony with a door that opened onto it. It was a great place to stay. The breakfast was very good too.

Rooms are big and great looking and all service in the hotel was simply much better than I expected. Near by are tons of fantastic restaurants and the value for money is great these days. The center is just 15 minutes walk, San Telmo 5 minutes away. Breakfast at the hotel is great too. Best hotel I have been in.

Puerto Madero is a little too far from the center of the city, but close of fine restaurants in the area. Breakfast is good, room service and reception are well managed, bed is great, the rooms are large, but they have a "cold" modern design and heating was not working well

a recent building, with new but very professional people. very nice room : modern confort, large, very quiet, complete bathroom. perfect for us. breakfast with large choice and fresh products. rather fine restaurant. Madero area, finally very pleasant.
