Rooms comfortable, well furnished and a bath as well as a shower (a bonus for us Brits) Could not fault the room service or concierge desk. Meals OK but could do with a few more staff at breakfast time. Turned out to be a perfect location, central yet quiet.

The room were very lovely and large enough not to feel cramped. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable.

The hotel was well situated and very well kept. The major complaint I had with the hotel was that the walls are paper thin. It would not have been possible to sleep without ear-plugs. This was a major detraction to this hotel. I must say the staff were very friendly and very helpful. So many kudos to the staff but unfortunatley I would not stay there again because of the noise level. It is definitely not a five star hotel because of this.

This is a very good hotel in a great location in downtown core of Buenos Aires. Breakfast is good, but dont bother to eat lunch or dinner at the hotel - there are too many other places to eat in the city! Only one complaint - the walls are paperthin so bring earplugs if you want a good night's sleep. We would stay there again.
